How to be happy working for the NHS

You could be very easily forgiven for believing that we are currently living in a world that is largely unrecognisable for many different reasons. It would be unwise to make comparisons to 30-years ago, 50-years ago, 100-years ago, because so much about humanity is different. But in a world where we make claims about how much we have progressed, “mental health problems” are something that seems to be on a constant and pretty steep incline.

Are we learning more about mental health so that we are discovering new diseases? Is there something in the water that is making people become mentally unwell? Or are we in the unimaginable situation where we are simply manufacturing problems to fit an alternative agenda?
